Topic title & content:
You must use a descriptive title. (Help plz is not good) (Need help with Dialog buttons is good)
Go into much detail when posting. You should post attachments. Like screenshots of the problem, the map you are making, replays of the error. Or you could even make a screencast (video) of your problem and upload it here.

Spelling:
Grammar seems to be a serious problem amongst teenagers, so use a spell checker or you will get no love.
Read your posts twice, before pressing the reply button.
And do not use profanity. Chatspeak (y r u nub) and Leetspeak (1 C4N S33 H4X) are not welcome here either.

The important part was actually...

PNG is great for keeping text readable, but when you include textures (screenshots of photographs, terrain, units, stupid vista/win7 window borders, etc) PNG file sizes get really big.

tyvm good to know. in resizing images you should go into great detail about things like u just did.

By the way png can be imagined as compressed bmp. (*.bmp.zip)

An empty white area with some black text on it is very easy to compress. (1-10kb)

But icons, terrain, units with complex textures, etc are hard. (300kb-5MB)
And that is when we use lossy jpg compression with quality set to 75-80%.

3ICE, After realizing how dead Wc3 is, and how 99.9% of my old friends quit long ago ( as did I back then ), I am considering buying Sc2 but I would like you to give me some insight on it while I consider it. Also, I would definitely be making maps so can you also tell me how the Sc2 World Editor is compared to Wc3's World Editor as far as triggers go, like do they have a wider range of complex and advanced triggers?

Also, can you upload a copy of your Starcraft 2 Editor? I want to open it just to view the GUI triggers and what not to get an idea of how it is compared to Wc3's Editor. :)

Just watch some videos on YouTube. The editor is 9.3 GB big.
