laying terrain in starcraft 2 is very not easy... how can i lay a path that will work for one of the first SC2 mazes?
would somebody be willing to just lay a 64-64 or 96-96 pathing for a maze in the SC2 editor so i can make it off that?

No. But use this method:
Raise cliff by 1:
- RaiseCliff.jpg (31.07 KiB) Viewed 7471 times
Fill cliff with texture:
- FillCliff.jpg (20.2 KiB) Viewed 7492 times
Lower cliff:
- LowerCliff.jpg (22.56 KiB) Viewed 7486 times

3ICE please fix this for me, im still so confused and probabbly should have not made the fucking path up so high because for some dumb reason blizzard made the editor a lot bigger than what the game really is, so to sum it up my path is fucked, however im mainly focussed on figuring out triggers, please fix this and add some or something for me =D

Looks great. But stay within the yellow border, silly. :) The stuff outside that is so the camera doesn't see empty blackness when at the edge of the map.

I have been waiting for 5 minutes for sC2 to load the map, it is still frozen.
Besides, I refuse to touch something I don't understand.
Untitled Trigger 003? No thanks.

Give me a minute. (That is how long it takes the damn editor to open.)
See? This is why I don't make SC2 maps yet.
Need a better PC!
(Send me money via
paypal@3ice.hu)
One minute later...
wispspin spawn
Untitled Variable 001 = Point 001 <Point>
Untitled Variable 001 2 = 6.0 <Real>
Untitled Variable 001 3 = No Unit <Unit[3]>
Am I seriously supposed to decode that?
EDIT: Okay, found the problem: They are all local variables. You want globals. Locals get reset every time the trigger is ran.... Use globals.
