1.
Use WEU advanced triggers: Advanced-Make Camera follow unit (will cost a fucking 100 kb map size increase tho) but its rly smooth n stuff.
2.
Map init:
Camera- Change camera smoothing factor to 10.00
Every 0.1 sec:
(use for each integer from 1 to 12 if you want this for all players) [or pick every player in all players]
Camera - Lock Player 1's camera to Unit
Camera - Set Player 1's camera Rotation to (Facing of Unit) over 1.00 seconds
Camera - Set (Picked players) camera angle of attack to (idk :D) over 0.00 seconds.
