From Inside MoPaQ - Appendix A: Bringing MPQs to the Masses:
"The declarations you will need to use the MPQ API Library 2.0 in Visual Basic were converted by ShadowFlare and are located on her site."
Not to be confused with ShadowFrench, notorious author of sf's maphack (and other tools). Name spoofer still operational. Custom kick is not.
