iv tryed to figure this out on bnet and cant so plz let me know

Not an excuse. And that isn't even a standard screen resolution. The closest is 3200 × 2048, but the aspect ratio is all wrong then.
A picture should be as big as its content, without the white canvas.
Actual screenshot size: 1024 × 768
With excess whiteness: 3824 × 1744
Maths: Only 11.8% of your picture has content.
