Copyright trolls on YouTube, claiming random videos without due cause

Edit: Here's a counter claim on some bullshit thrown my way: "This is nothing but a baseless, bad faith claim from a copyright troll! Reviewed the indicated part of my video and saw nothing out of the ordinary. Minecraft gameplay and nothing else. I hope misfortune falls upon your illegitimate business venture, Mr. Eymmoent and mr. Gagy. Good day, sir!
Just to clarify, everyone has blanket permission to record and share Minecraft content even monetize it. You do not own Minecraft, Microsoft / Moyang inc. does."

Shame on:
Claimant: EymmoEnt
Channel: GaGy

Youtube should upgrade/improve the copyright system, because everyone is abusing it, so that channels that have a bigger fanbase get terminated. It is just disgusting to see a false copyright claim go through, because youtube give no fucks about that system.

Claim released wrote:Hi 3ICE,

Good news! After reviewing your dispute, EymmoEnt has decided to release their copyright claim on your YouTube video.

Your video's monetization settings have now been restored. View monetization settings.

Fucking right. Back off Ga(G)y Eymmo. And there's no penalty to the trolls for abusing the system, whatsoever. They will just keep doing it ad infinitum.

Edit: Just imagine if I was on holiday and without internet access. Or otherwise indisposed. (Coma?)
There's a deadline after which one cannot appeal these bullshit copyright claims. Result would have been getting my video permanently blocked in all countries and nothing I can do about it.
