Is it ok to delete everything in your temporary folder?
For ex)

Yes and no.

The idiot code monkeys at Microsoft made Office2003 install a lot of it's important files into that folder. I don't know what they were thinking, but they were definitely high.

But I think you have Office2007, so emptying the temp folders is a good idea. Don't blame it on me if some of your programs crash though.

I empty all temp storage right before defragmenting. (Clear cache of all 4 browers, delete temp, delete windows\temp, delete local settings\temp, delete program data\temp, etc)

Yea, I have gotten a Blue Screen of death but it reboots to fast for me to read :( Although upon restarting it listed files within the temp folder and minidump folder and i deleted all :p. The problems really with programs is, i might have to click on Firefox about 10 times to open it or Internet Explorer might take a few trys to open as well.

Yes I have 2007 trial until Jan.31 2009 :(

That BSoD is hardly caused by emptying a Temp folder. (Unless your drivers were located there)

EDIT: Too fast for human brain is not too fast for a video camera. Record, rewind, pause!
