Reverse ice

The perfect one step solution for creating Ice/Sliding Mazes in both Reign of Chaos and The Frozen Throne. It is the only decent system around and it even works in RoC, is lagfree, perfectly optimized, fast and reliable. The included TerrainKill feature frees you from the tedious task of creating a thousand kill-regions.

* Moved to 3ICE's Sliding System for RoC *

If you are already using my sliding system, reversing ice is as simple as t_set Set Speed = -4.00.
Fast reverse is: t_set Set Speed = -6.00 or t_set Set Speed = -8.00.

If you are not, then it's time to switch :) (What system were you using before?)

If you put -4.00 you wouldn't be able to step on ice because it would "kick you back" by 4 pixels instantly. → You messed up somewhere, so try to find it!

.......in your post you said set speed to -4.00....... that is what im doing, im trying to use the teal colored ice for the reverse. When i go on the ice i go really slowly, can you explain to me HOW exactly to get to the set speed thing to put it. I put your slide system into my map, then i saved and exited, so i havent messed with anything yet.

There is no better way to explain it.
Speed is a positive number that determines your hero's sliding speed in a pixels/second manner.

If you set it to 4, the hero will move forward 4 pixels every second.
If you set it to 2, the hero will move forward 2 pixels every second.
If you set it to 1, the hero will move forward 1 pixel every second.
If you set it to 0, the hero will not move anywhere and you will not be able to control it.
If you set it to -4, the hero will move backwards 4 pixels every second.
If you set it to -2, the hero will move backwards 2 pixels every second.
If you set it to -1, the hero will move backwards 1 pixel every second.

Set Speed to -4 and units will slide backwards until they reach the edge of Northrend - Ice.
This of course means that heroes must start right on the ice or they will never be able to step on it.

My maze starts on ground, and when i go on the ice, i don't move backwards, i just move really slowly, same with the ground , i just move really slowly, im using demon hunter as my hero, And where do i exactly go to get to set speed, do i go to the 3ice file in the triggers and change the variable to -4.00 in speed?
