It was a joke :P
I use 1000W vacuums all the time, yes, on the maximum power setting, and haven't damaged anything yet. Fans, motherboards, heatsinks, keyboards, misc. electronics. They all survive unscathed.

My Avast Free Antivirus shows me 3 problems that make my Laptop slower.

Obviously I gonna translate a bit for you.

Alright. Beside the exclamation mark it says "System Settings." Under System Settings it says "Optimize your System Settings, to make your PC faster." The other things are already in English so you can read them. Should I fix them ?

These are the other 2 problems.

Should I just hit "Fix" or do something else ?

Do some research about that iphlpsvc before letting Avast kill it. "undefined" is always a sign of error. This time the error is in Avast, however. I don't trust broken software with admin permissions, let alone to muck about in my registry and system settings.

As for your second picture; I'll let you know once I speak German fluently enough. :) It probably wants to clear your Temp folder and uninstall some apps you don't use.

(Clears throat) Let me translate for you ;)

2nd picture; First one says: Junk-Data
Get space on your Hard disk, just by deleting Junk-Data.

Second one says: Not needed Apps
Disable not needed Apps, so your PC starts quicker.

Here you go.

I did some research and found iphlpsvc.exe (It could be a .dll also). This is from the answer.microsoft.com

Question
Actual Title: iphlpsvcs.exe - IP Helper service eats up a **** lot of memory. I stopped the service still the exe is running. How do I stop
it completely? I found that iphlpsvcs.exe eats up a lot of CPU and memory. It starts from 112K and reached to a whopping maximum of 1.6 GB. This is a huge setback. Currently I use Resource monitor to suspend it as I restart my Windows 7. But I cannot do this all the time. I stopped the IP Helper service but this doesn't seem to help.
I am using AVG IS 2012 and have reinstalled my Windows 7 very recently. What could be the problem with this?

Answer
Hi,

- Have you made any changes on the computer prior to this issue?

Method 1: I would suggest you to keep the computer in clean boot mode and check if the issue persists.
A clean boot helps to verify if any third party application services or startup item is causing this issue.
You may refer the following KB article to set the computer in clean boot:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: After the trouble shooting steps, refer to Step 7 from the clean boot link to set the computer back to normal start up mode.

Method 2: I would also suggest you to follow the steps from the link and check if it helps.
How to reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)?
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357

Method 3: Also make sure that IPv6 is enabled on your Windows 7 machine.
1. Click on Start and type ncpa.cpl and hit enter, this will open your local area connection.
2. Right click on it and choose Properties and under properties enable IPv6 if it is not.
Please see the link below for common troubleshooting steps to fix Network Adapter problems,
How do I fix network adapter problems?

Hope this information helps.
Should I follow his methods or should I follow your opinion ?

Thanks for the translation. Immediately changed my nonchalant "sure, uninstall them" reaction to:
Oh wow, you have twelve autoruns!? That's a whole lot. (I have zero of them, and even at most I've only had two - Antivirus and password manager quick start module.)
I'd definitely disable most of them. — I hope whatever machine speedup tuner you use lets you decide which to get rid of and which to keep, one by one. Otherwise it will end up disabling stuff you might actually need. Or even the antivirus itself :)

That question you copied relates to the process misbehaving, where it is mistakenly taking up gigabytes of RAM.
You don't have that problem. In your case the only important thing is to decide whether you need that service to run or not. Safer to err on the side of caution, unless you enjoy spending hours looking for mystery problems. (I do.) Just keep the service.

Thanks for those answers. In about 1-2 min, I will upload pictures of the Apps I don't use. I take pictures of the Junk-Data also.
