Changing tiles during game causes leaks???

I was curious to know if changing tiles in a game will create any type of leaks and if so whats the best way to create a trigger to avoid leaks. At the moment i have something like:
Event: Player Red types -tile1as exact match
Condition:
Action: change tile in region to Cityscape grass
