Bank terminology "DEVIZACSEKK MEGVÉTELE" in Hungary strangely has no results on Google explaining what it is

It means you took a check to a bank and transferred the money on it into your account.
This check could, for example, be your payout from Google Adsense.
Usually the check comes from abroad so it has to be "purchased" by your bank according to the current foreign exchange rates.
In the case of an Adsense payout: 70 Euro equals 21000 Hungarian Forint (as of today)
