Your image is broken 
It works, but only if someone already has it in his cache. That's why google's images work best (links like this:)

Yet another broken link... Direct linking of images is usually disallowed. You tried linking from teslasociety.com, but they of course do not allow it. That's why linking from google.com is strongly suggested.
